I took this image in Isla Mujeres, Mexico , where the annual sailfish run happens. Hundreds of sailfishes feed on thousands of sardines. This was a very challenging shot, considering the speed of the action and because the sardines always swim against the sun.
I do believe that an image can save a life. When you fall in love with the subject of a photo, you want to preserve it . My biggest satisfaction is to use my photos to educate people about the seas and that we need to keep it healthy and alive.
